Note: All call-outs include up to 1 hour of on-site work. If a job requires more than 1 hour work, and you give the go-ahead, then an hourly rate of $100/hr will apply.
The hourly rate applies to actual work that is done on fixing your computer system. Travel time between your place and the technician’s place is not factored into the rate (no hidden costs!).
